You Know What I Hate – Other than United Airlines?

I really hate people who say “I’m confused by” when they are really saying, “I dislike” or “I disapprove of” something.

  1. Oh no. When I hate something, you will know it. In graphic detail.

  2. It doesn’t happen often, but there’s this superior tone that really grates on me.

  3. Whenever you hear that phrase, expect it to be followed immediately by massive amounts of BS.

  4. Yes, because what they really want is NOT for you to explain what they’re confused about. Realize what they’re doing and opt out of the passive-aggressive cycle and you look like an ass for “not explaining.” Realize and explain anyway and you’ve “not explained adequately,” so now their opinion is your fault and just why the hell do you think that if you can’t defend it? Are you stupid?

I don’t get along real well with passive-aggressive tactics.
